We have tried hard to be innovative and bring you some new and lovely and affordable fabrics for patchwork and craft. But most of all, they are produced fairly, and ethically and organically.

This is a group of students in Kerela with my Daughter Nancy, and this is Genesh our partner and designer with a traditional handloom - many of our fabrics are produced on looms like this.

We supply low cost samples- you can order these on your left. Then you can feel the fabric and see before you order.
Most are about 10 cm square so you can use for patchwork

If you want to jump straight in, you can do that, just order fabric from the choices on your left.
We sell in 1/3 - one third of a metre strips full width. Order 3 units and you get 1 metre. (And so on-in a continuous piece). Most fabrics are 45/ 48 inches - 110/120 wide

We don' have fat quarters yet, but hopefully we can develop that.

1) All patchwork cottons are organically grown.
2) We have added bamboo to some fabrics and that gives a softness, lustre and drape that you cannot get with cotton (unless it has been chemically treated or had polyester added)
3) We use fair trade cotton when possible, and some of our fabrics are made from 100% Fairtrade cotton. They are all great for patchwork.
4) Our fabrics are nearly all hand made just for us. We use old fashioned wooden looms or small power looms and work with individuals and cooperatives and charities in India. So the fabrics are really individual, with great character. They are not uniform, some will have small irregularities.
